The Passion Play is performed each year on the Weekend before Easter (Palm Sunday Weekend) In Loudoun County Virginia.
The Purcellville Passion Play is a joint project of the people of many of the churches in western Loudoun County, Virginia. The play tells the story of Jesus’ last few days on earth - the powerful story of Good Friday and Easter. The play is presented outdoors in a re-created city of Jerusalem, with actors and audience moving together from scene to scene.
The play will go on, rain or shine. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for the walk from the parking areas to the performance area. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking and in case the ground is damp.

The 2012 Passion Play will be held on Palm Sunday, March 24. The Play starts at 3:00 PM. The performance will be held at the park in the back of Fireman's Field in downtown Purcellville. Please see our map for location and directions.
